The world’s instability requires us to respond with fluidity: an ability to flow easily and continually reinvent ourselves in a river of change. [Work in Progress: Part 03]
Really enjoying this series. Your point about avoiding politics really struck a chord with me. I'd be interested to hear more about your journey from attempting to steer clear of politics to realizing their inevitability and learning to navigate them effectively. Thanks!
Thanks Emmett for your feedback and request. I’ve actually got a “how to play office politics” post drafted, and will try to get it out sometime in the future.
But a preview is thinking of “politics” as building relationships. And relationships are bridges to future destinations. The time to build relationships is well ahead of when the hard decisions come. And work is far easier when the bridge is already built.

Thanks for preview. I don’t have a particular scenario to navigate at the moment but am looking forward to reading that post in the future.
Btw… if you have a specific scenario, I can try to help you now.
Insightful. The concept here is that of surrender: trusting, not forcing, being comfortable with change and transformation.
Thanks Leanne. That's a good way of putting it.
