Great read, and the voiceover takes it to another level!

As in sports, multiple clutch moments in the workplace will make your superiors notice and your role in the team will likely get bigger.

Especially on the voiceover... I started adding those to posts and really like doing them (only takes 10-15 mins, so why not?).

That said, Substack doesn't provide any feedback on number of listeners, so I'm always curious to know who (if anyone) listens.

Would appreciate more advice from Rick on how to prepare and practice for execution, especially as execution is likely to take place amidst chaos.

Hmmm... I'm not sure there's much of a special sauce compared to normal moments.

Clutch moments are really just normal moments with more at stake.

So to me, it's just increasing the volume of preparation in preparation of a clutch moment, not a different type of preparation.
